Alternate 1 work involves replacing three pneumatically controlled three-way valves with new electronically controlled three-way valves. Alternate 2 work involves an upgrade to a more efficient chiller model only and does not affect other base scope requirements. Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.
