FOR STATE AGENCIES THAT CHOOSE TO ABSORB THE CONVENIENCE FEE THE FEES SPECIFIED BELOW SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE UTILZING AGENCY. If the agency opts to absorb the fee, the following process will occur. State agency revenue will be recorded in full and no convenience fees will be deducted from the deposit. Contractor shall invoice the agency directly on a monthly basis for all convenience fees incurred.

The system should provide a hosted online payment solution that incorporates real time integration with Ellucian Banner, meets the criteria for PCI PA-DSS compliance and is listed on the VISA or PCISecurity.org websites, includes the option to assess convenience fees to credit card payments and is compatible with a variety of credit card processors including the University’s current processor, Elavon.

Respondent must submit a price page which sets forth the proposed fees for all items and services described in its proposal. Respondent's proposed fees must be inclusive of all necessary labor, materials, and incidentals, any one-time or set-up charges, equipment fees, research fees, minimum fees, convenience fees, and/or all other fees that respondent charges for its services.
