This project consists of but is not limited to- Demolition of; coolers, freezers, selective demolition of interior and exterior building items. New construction of; coolers, freezers, structural for new rooftop equipment, new HVAC equipment, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, floors, walls, paint and other finish systems. New site items including; a new backup generator, equipment pads and fencing.
Kitchen/Serving and Cooking area- All areas shall be cleaned and disinfected, including countertops, tables, microwaves, door handles, phones, light switches, water fountains, sinks, light covers on both sides, ceiling vents, exterior and interior coolers/freezers, all mechanical equipment such as dishwashing machines, interior and exterior of all appliances, ventilation hoods for stoves and ovens, and all vertical walls and ceilings.
