The project is to replace the existing cooling tower at VGH Eye Care Centre located at 2550 Willow St, Vancouver with a new closed loop adiabatic fluid cooler as detailed with in the drawings & specifications. Two (2) existing condenser water pumps serving two (2) existing chillers are also to be replaced to facilitate the fluid cooler installation.
