Work at existing cooling tower consists of preparation of area by demolition of tower, piping, pumps, valves, supports, emergency eyewash and shower station, and appurtenances for installation of cooling tower, pump, basin sweeper, support, controls, piping, valves and devices required for successful operation of the system.

Mechanical, electrical and demolition to support the re-roof is also included. Replacement of two rooftop cooling towers, repairs to existing steel platform, temporary cooling tower and piping, and required electrical work. Also includes security fencing around temporary chiller and required demolition. Cooling tower pricing was quoted by RWH Mechanical Sales.

Minor modification to the building structure/site work will be needed to allow removal of existing equipment and installation of new equipment in mechanical rooms and outdoor equipment yard including but not limited to: capping roofing penetrations after cooling tower is removed, wall demolition and new work, removing existing concrete equipment pads, and new underground gas piping for gas generator.
