The purpose of this Request for Applications (RFA) is to solicit sealed applications for the purpose of identifying potential projects for cooperative waterfowl habitat improvement.
Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) has conducted a cooperative State/Federal Waterfowl Parts Collection Survey annually since 1961. Results from this survey are used to estimate the species, age, and sex composition of the waterfowl harvest in each state, flyway, and the entire U.S.
