Additionally, all end of life Lexmark printer/scanner units have been replaced with Toshiba printers/scanners. Previous Outcomes In 2013, the District issued a bid award for the rental of copiers for use in the District. That award still allowed schools to independently direct negotiate with copier vendors. This led to disparate copiers and standards across the District. The existing copy bid expired on June 30, 2021.

The District currently leases Xerox copiers of varying capacities from Dahill Technologies under a five-year lease agreement. This agreement is due to expire on August 31, 2024. It is the desire for a successful agreement to be negotiated and executed at the May 20, 2024 Board meeting in order to merge with the expiration of the existing agreement.
