A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for this project on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the City of Healdsburg Corporation Yard Training Room, 550 Westside Road, Healdsburg, CA 95448, followed by a job walk. Bidders may also make arrangements with the City to be escorted to and review the project sites.

The Corporation Yard, Wastewater Treatment Plant, and Community Center are connected to City Hall via wireless point-to-point radio links. These first links were installed in the early 2000s and have been upgraded multiple times to meet the city’s growing bandwidth needs. The point-to-point links are nearing the end of their useful life and having trouble delivering connections that are strong and fast enough to meet the city’s needs.

PG&E’s EV Fleet Electrification program:The Project will design and install electric vehicle charging infrastructure at the City’s corporation yard located at 55 Stony Point Road. The infrastructure will lower fleet operating costs, eliminate tailpipe emissions, and simplify maintenance.
