John – 100 STREET CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT – 2024 PHASE 5 The work to be undertaken generally consists of, but not limited to the following: Construction of approximately 250 linear metres of roadway including landscaped boulevards, streetlighting, and decorative lighting. Replacement of water, sanitary and storm utilities Construction of signalized intersection and two pedestrian activated crossings.
