The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit responses from a professionally-qualified consultant to work with the Iowa Council on Homelessness (Council) and the Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) on strategic planning. The consultant would be responsible for facilitating development and implementation of a community plan.

The purpose of this Request for Information is to better understand the services and resources available to provide technology equipment and support to Cal ICH Advisory Committee, Working Group and LEAB members, and identify any service gaps and/or barriers to service delivery that may impede applicants from qualifying and/or submitting a proposal. After the close of this RFI, Cal ICH will utilize the information received to develop a Request for Proposal (RFP) that is set to be released in summer 2023.
