SEALED BIDS for ITB NO: 22-03 Bay County Government Center Building Generator will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA at the Purchasing Department 840 W. 11 th Street, Suite 2500, Panama -City, FL 32401 up until 2:00 pm (CDT) Tuesday, November 2, 2021. Bids will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline. Each bid shall be valid to Bay County for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid opening.
The new generator will provide backup power to accommodate the entire Bay County Government Building, including the existing HVAC system. The new generator shall be designed and installed to meet current local, state and national building codes. Contractors may submit an alternate bid for a smaller generator. However, contractor shall supply size and documentation for determination of size with bid.
