The Shawnee County Jail is seeking quotes to replace a failed domestic boiler. This boiler is part of 2 boiler system that provides domestic hot water to the original part of the jail. Because of this we are specifying the make and model of the boiler. Scope of work is to include: Provide and install a Raypak XTerm WH7-1005A boiler with cupronickel coating.

The Shawnee County Jail Reroof project consists of the original part of the ADC with a new EPDM roof and is located at 501 SE 8th Ave.in Topeka, KS. This will include the installation of a standing seam metal roof over an existing skylight style roof. This project will include replacement of all 24 gauge cap metal on all walls even those that do not have roofing connected to them.
