Contractor shall provide the County, the Purchase and Delivery of Inmate Uniforms, Footwear, Mattress', and Supplies as required by the Cecil County Sheriff's Office. All items are issued and provided to the inmate population with the correctional facility.

All Jefferson County inmates will be the responsibility of the Sheriff and Jefferson County. The respondent understands inmates under their supervision will not be covered by Jefferson County’s inmate medical care program.
