“The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Office of Acquisition Services (OAS) intends to procure an Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometer for the purposed of expanding analytical capabilities for ultra trace and trace levels of metals in various matrices.

System shall have a solid-state RF generator. The system shall contain a native capability to conduct Isotopic Ratios detection methods as a standard feature of the controller software. Instrument shall be capable of processing samples with high dissolved solids (has the ability to handle samples >2% TDS).

Technical capability is more important than price.IAW 52.204-7 System for Award Management (SAM) Registration (July 2013), the offeror must be registered in SAM and fully input their Representations and Certifications for a complete record.
