Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, insurance, and personnel to provide DSH with Laboratory Specimen Courier Services on an as-needed basis.
The County of San Luis Obispo Health Agency (SLOHA) requires courier services to deliver and pick up administrative items and medical, environmental and other laboratory specimen samples at various locations (see Appendix F – Regular Route Schedule Rate Sheet). Administrative items may include interoffice mail envelopes, letters, medical records, boxes and deposits.
