NOTICE TO BIDDERS AND INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR THE JAMES COURT STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT VILLAGE OF GLENDALE HEIGHTS DUPAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS RECEIPT OF BIDS Sealed bids to complete all work required for the James Court Storm Sewer Improvements Project will be received by the Village of Glendale Heights, DuPage County, Illinois until 10:00 a.m. (Central Time) on July 26, 2023.
Project utility work includes installing 1167 LF of new water main, 848 LF of sanitary sewer and 1064 LF of storm sewer. This project will also involve installation of new fire hydrants, catch basins, sewer manholes and water & sanitary services.

Description: Installation of 5,200’ of 8” ductile iron water main, 1,126’of reinforced concrete pipe storm sewer (12”-18”), 17 storm structures and other miscellaneous appurtenances all in accordance with the plans and specifications.
Also included with this project is the removal and replacement of driveway approaches, storm sewer installation, manhole adjustments, sodding, erosion control, and other work related to reconstructing these streets. All work on this contract shall commence on or after July 1, 2024. All work on this contract shall be completed by October 15, 2024. Vendors must log in to the eBidding system in order to submit a bid.
