The Department intends to enter into a negotiated agreement for professional architectural and engineering services for upgrades, replacement and repairs of the original HVAC systems at the Boney Courthouse, located at 303 K Street, Anchorage, AK. Work also includes repairs to damage that resulted from the November 2018 earthquake.
