Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, travel, and incidentals necessary to install two (2) new CRAC units to replace two (2) existing units, complete the installation of one (1) partially installed CRAC unit, and provide three (3) years of preventive maintenance for four (4) CRAC units.
