General Conditions FULL GENERAL CONDITIONS ARE ATTACHED TO THE BID AND MUST BE READ AND ACKNOWLEDGED BY EVERY BIDDER *Bid prices MUST be held for 120 days from the date the bids are submitted. Estimate $32,000 bids over 10% of estimate may not be conisidered. All jobs must be completed within 30 days of signing the contract. Lead work must be completed within 5-7 days from relocation date. Invoice packets must be submitted within 15 days of completion. It is the bidders responsibility to bring any subs to the pre bid meeting to review work scope and a subs portion.
