Media buying includes services for the placement of media advertising covering Television, Radio, Print, Outdoor, On-line (Internet, Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, My Space), In-Store (i.e., Point of Purchase) & Third-Party media streams. Professional Services include creative services, marketing services, support services, and community engagement.
The Contractor will provide advertising/media buying services with innovative, efficient, and creative methods to reach the Department of Water Resource's Save Our Water (SOW) public information campaign goals within the agreed budget. The SOW campaign will be designed to reach the target audience of the campaign which mirrors California's culturally diverse citizens, geography, and demographics.
