The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for providing project management support for the development of an enterprise, statewide digital credential wallet for the State of Wyoming, Wyoming Department of Workforce Services (Agency) through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on December 1, 2023.
The objective of this Request for Offer (RFO) is to seek a Successful Respondent to provide a web-based software solution which stores personal inventories of earned academic and workforce credentials. The software solution may be configurable, but must be fully built, tested, and already in use in at least one production environment.
