PROJECT TITLE: CROW CREEK AGENCY CHIP AND SEAL PROJECT BACKGROUND: The Bureau of Indian Affairs has a requirement to reconstruct an existing road, Route #2, with Chip Seal, approximately 6.79 miles. The Tribe does not have the option to contract this project under P.L. 93-638, Subpart J, therefore the Bureau of Indian Affairs is soliciting this work to be done on behalf of the Tribe. The Tribes does have a TERO Ordinance that will apply.
