May 26, 2021 NOTICE OF BID SHOAL CREEK FILTER PLANT FILTER REHABILITATION PROJECT BL057-21 The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Shoal Creek Filter Plant Filter Rehabilitation Project.
The project consists of the stepped rehabilitation of Filter 2 through 5 at Shoal Creek Filter Plant. Project scope includes the complete replacement of the existing filter media, and the rehabilitation or replacement of the existing underdrain system within each filter on a case-by-case basis.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time on September 13, 2022 at the Pine Creek Filter Plant, 334 Tiadaghton Ave, Jersey Shore, PA 17740.
