INVITATION FOR BIDS Mecklenburg County Asset and Facility Management will receive single prime, unit cost, sealed bids for the Paw Creek Greenway Project until 2:00 pm EST., Thursday, March 30th, 2023, at which time bids will be opened at Valerie C. Woodard Center, 3205 Freedom Drive, Suite 6000, Charlotte, NC. Bid, Performance, and Payment & Material bonds are required.
This is a re-bid of a City project titled “Cedar Creek Greenway Fence Improvements”.
Each bid, and accompanying bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, Cashier’s Check or a Certified Check in the amount of 5% shall be placed in a sealed envelope, and on or across the envelope shall be written the words “Busch Creek Greenway Improvement Project”.
The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the Beitel Creek Greenway Trail (Perrin Beitel to Salado Creek) Scope:The project includes a new .6-mile long trail expansion from Salado Creek Greenway along Beitel Creek to Perrin Beitel Road.
