Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Northwestern Division, Portland District (CENWP) is seeking interested and capable sources for the Hills Creek Spillway Rock Removal and Reinforcement Project. This project will clear debris from the spillway chute and prevent further stability issues at the Hills Creek Reservoir, near Oakridge, in Lane County, Oregon.
