The BLM requires crew support for the Federal Helium Pipeline. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is conducting acquisition planning for potential pipeline support for the BLM helium pipeline. This RFI is intended as a means of conducting market research which will help determine the best method for the anticipated Request for Quote (RFQ) and subsequent procurement.
