The Whatcom County Administrative Services, Facilities Management is requesting bids for the Whatcom County Crisis Stabilization Facility project, located in Bellingham, Washington. The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking applications to award a contract for Regional Crisis Stabilization Facilities (RCSF) to provide crisis intervention services to meet individual needs in the least restrictive setting. Through the provision of RCSF services, it is expected that many individuals on a track toward more restrictive services could be diverted and psychiatric hospitalization and jail settings can be avoided.
