The existing Volk Field Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC) Building 504 located at Volk Field Air National Guard Base – Camp Douglas, WI will be upgraded to provide fire protection for the building to be utilized as an aircraft hangar. The existing hangar includes an existing fire alarm system, but does not include an existing mass notification system, nor existing fire suppression system(s).
TDVG212456 Replace Chiller Unit Building 125. The contractor shall provide all materials and labor required to Replace Chiller Unit and carpet Building 125 (Collins Center) at the Alpena CRTC in Alpena, MI 49707. The intent of this contract is to Remove, dispose and replace the existing Trane 60 ton Chiller Unit Model #: CGAFC604AFA1A0CDF0H000000-T0W00, Chiller Circulating drive pumps and all carpet at Building 125.
The solicitation is anticipated to be released to SAM.gov approximately 14 days after the pre-solicitation notice is published.The contractor shall provide and install the required replacement components for the main Direct Digital Control (DDC) Building Management System in Building 2 at the Alpena CRTC; Alpena, MI 49707. This system monitors the entire Alpena CRTC campus HVAC Systems.
The contractor shall replace the roof at building 30 at the Alpena CRTC. This includes but is not limited to removal and disposal of current roofing materials, installation of new roof to include EPDM foam boards,saddle drainage with positive pitch to avoid ponding, asphalt sheets drip edge, ducts and flashing.
