The AN/GSM-263G is a version of the ESTS Cruise Missile Test Station. The Cruise Missile and Depot ATE test stations are designed to check/test, diagnose, and repair Cruise Missile and Depot ATE LRUs and Shop Replaceable Units (SRUs). They operate under computer control to provide power, generate stimuli,monitor/switch/process, and measure test signals.
