This procurement is to upgrade the current Prism 4 Windows concurrent use network licenses as the Prism license structure has changed from network to individual user subscription based licenses. GraphPad Prism allows the combination of biostatistics, curve fitting (nonlinear regression) and scientific graphing in one program which is necessary to continue research.

Unit must be compatible with the Aztec barcode system currently used by the GEM Project as generated through Bartender or Prism software packages. Current seed counter uses the Aztec barcode system but does not function reliably. Scanning system that is a camera based, smart barcode reader compatible with multiple bar code types (Aztec, Data Matrix, and QR) and able to learn new systems is needed.

THIS PROPOSAL OFFERS A COMPACT HYPERSPECTRAL PRISM SPECTROMETER (CHPS), A VISIBLE-TO-SHORTWAVE (VSWIR) PRISM IMAGING SPECTROMETER THAT OFFERS A PATH TO ENHANCED SCIENCE WHILE MAINTAINING CONTINUITY WITH LEGACY LANDSAT MULTISPECTRAL MEASUREMENTS.
The contract type will be firm-fixed-price.DESCRIPTION OF WORK:The work consists of the removal of all material, including any material within the existing maintenance prism, to accommodate the current authorized depth of -54 feet MLLW for a portion of the Charleston Harbor Entrance Channel. The period of performance is based on the average production rate of 350,000 cubic yards of payable dredged material per month.
