The College has an awarded vendor to design the bus wrap. The dimensions are included in this Request for Information. The bus needs to be wrapped, ready to transport students by mid-August 2022. We have been informed there is an estimated two – three weeks’ time frame to wrap a bus and we would like to know if this is industry standard. Please review this document, we request feedback to prepare an official quote by the end of May 2022.
The services required include but are not limited to routine paint/body work, non-routine paint/body work (accident repair) activities, pick-up and delivery of vehicles, minor/major accident repairs, decal removal/installation, painting of body panels, glass removal and installation, vehicle destruction (requiring detailed and specific destruction processes and documentation), campaigns (bus wraps, resealing roof top, etc.,), and custom/special fabrication
Services shall include setup of proofs based on conceptual design artwork, provision of wrapping materials, removal of existing artwork if needed, installation of vehicle wraps, and provision of individual logo decals as requested by the County. The County anticipates an initial contract term of 3 years. Refer to the Solicitation Documents and Attachments section for minimum qualifications, scope/specifications, and insurance requirements.
