Vendor will implement a customer satisfaction survey within the first three (3) months of contract start date which is electronic in format, accessible via computer and smartphone. Satisfaction surveys shall be able to be completed in less than five (5) minutes. BCVSC will have access to download all results. Questions included in the survey will be negotiated with the successful Vendor.
Describe the methodology, timing and the role the District will have in the design and approval of the questionnaire included in the customer satisfaction survey. H. CALL CENTER AND WEBSITE SERVICES: (6 points) Provide the location, geographic regions covered, hours and days of operation and the size of the Call Center. What hours are the telephone lines staffed by customer service representatives?
REPORTING REQUIREMENTS: The COR shall distribute surveys to beneficiaries, using feedback as a measure of customer satisfaction. The Contractor shall monitor transportation log information and customer surveys for timeliness and level of satisfaction with customer service. The Contractor shall respond to each report of unsatisfactory service within five (5) working days of receipt of the written report.
Customer satisfaction: Participant satisfaction scores based on surveys. Financial assistance utilization: Percentage of eligible participants utilizing financial assistance programs. Policy and regulatory compliance: Results of regular audits for compliance with local, state, and federal policies. Timely application for and receipt of available incentives and rebates. Scalability: Ease of replicability and expansion to additional households.

D) Customer Service: The Contractor will provide excellent customer service and will use customer satisfaction surveys to evaluate services. An additional focus is expected on excellent service delivery to out-of-country faculty and students.
