In addition to the software system, the contract also provides for associated customer support services, periodic software and system updates, and some flexibility for configuration and customization.Anaqua, Inc. is the only contractor with the capability to provide the necessary services to sustain the docketing and patent database software system (in accordance with the Performance Work Statement) until a competitive recompete is fully executed
This is a full service maintenance and customer support service support contract for publishing software in support of production, editing, conversion, maintenance and publishing NAVAIR Technical Manuals supporting the Military Fleet, Fleet Readiness Center and other maintenance activities.
