The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with ICF Incorporated, L.L.C., 9300 Lee Hwy, Fairfax, VA 22031-6050 CC: 5M571, for a 6 month extension of critical Defense Cyber Operations services performed under W911QX-17-C-0018.   This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. 

Additionally, hardware will enable Data Analysis for both local users and super-users such as Security Operations Center (SOC)/Network Operations Center (NOC), etc. to support the USAF Mission. AFLCMC/HNCD is moving towards an integrated defensive cyber architecture and contemplating a hardware-as-a-service (HaaS) acquisition methodology mentioned in this RFI.
