Previous funding does not guarantee an award during this funding cycle. Final funding amounts for the FY 23 Title II Formula Grants Program have not been confirmed by OJJDP. However, MBCC anticipates that approximately $500,000 will be available during the project period, depending on the availability of federal funds.
The grant funds cannot be used on general infrastructure or commercial development. Main Street housing units must be affordable to the initial residents that occupy the Main Street housing project, as described in the Use Restrictions section of this NOFA.
