ISABELLA DAM PERMANENT OPERATIONS BUILDINGThe Government anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price construction contract for Isabella Dam Permanent Operations BuildingProject Description: Construction of the Permanent Operations Buildings for the Isabella Dam, at Isabella Lake, Kern County, CA.
The Isabella Dam requires complete construction of the Permanent Operations Buildings. This requirement is to construct a series of single-story structures which consist of the Administration Building (3,597 GSF), Maintenance Shop (2,108 GSF), Flammable Storage Shed(400 GSF) and a Storage Shed (4,181 GSF).
The intended source will be the Centerra Integrated Facilities Services LLC.The Contractor shall provide Operations, Maintenance and Facilities Management (the “OM&F”) services of the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center to include all exterior aspects of the building property and a portion of the Metro Tunnel.
