The contractor shall provide all material, equipment, labor, and transportation required to replace the Ground Air Transmit Receive (GATR) Platform #1 located at Eareckson Air Station (EAS).See attached Performance Work Statement.The due date has been extended to 18 September 2020.

EAS is located on the Aleutian Island of Shemya 1,500 miles from Anchorage, Alaska. Shemya is at the western most point in the Aleutian Island chain. Shemya is approimately four miles long by two miles wide. EAS is a fully operational United States Air Force (USAF) Air Station encompassing all of Shemya Island.
The system should also be able to allow for electronic access of internal doors for future system expansion.
The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) has made a preliminary decision to approve United States Air Force’s application for an integrated review for Air Quality Control Minor Permit AQ0307MSS05 and Air Quality Control Operating Permit AQ0307TVP04 for the Eareckson Air Station, under Alaska Statutes 46.14 and regulation 18 AAC 50.
Provide modernization repairs for the three (3) elevators in Building 600 and the one elevator in Building 4010 (Four - 4 Elevators total) at Eareckson AS. This includes replacing the elevator control system, motor drives and emergency braking components, and refurbishing the interior and exterior of the elevator cabs in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
