Information gathered through public comment will inform decisions on whether and how to proceed with an end-to-end data-collection to data-reporting solution. The intended purpose of the RFI is to gather information to educate the State on Electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) and electric vehicle infrastructure deployment data, data-reporting, software, network, communications, and cyber-security needs.

Administering the program would principally require the environmental consultant to develop a sampling and analysis plan, conduct hydrologic sampling and monitoring activities, and submit biannual and annual data report summaries. The initial term is 12 months, with the option to renew for three additional one-year terms.

A qualified consultant shall develop data collection plans, coordinate data collection efforts, conduct data quality assessments, prepare data reports documenting data collection method and equipment, and deliver data ready for analysis.
