It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded for repair of Air Data Computers on a sole source basis as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. Pricing should be provided on Attachment 1 – Schedule-70Z03823QJ0000046.All repairs shall be performed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Penny & Giles Aerospace (Cage Code K1474) or an OEM authorized repair facility.
