VA requires support to develop two discrete items to supplement and support improved data quality for the CAI database: (1) an online permissions-based Data Dictionary; and (2) an online hyperlinked User Guide for the CAI platform. The CAI Data Dictionary and CAI User Guide shall be developed using VA s existing SharePoint environment to be utilized within VA s intranet.
