The requirement is for the procurement of Electroencephalography Testing and Data Processing Module. The requirement is for the contractor to provide and ship these test (all components that make up this system) to VA Health Care System in Portland Oregon. This procurement shall be inclusive of shipping and handling charges (FBO Destination). Testing and Data Processing services required for this requirement is research studies.

The technology will be designed to allow further reduction of error to ~1%, as required in space applications, with sufficiently many detectors and an additional development of large data real-time processing modules (option II).
