Army with a better understanding of industry capabilities, potential sources, and best practices relevant to the implementation of a Unified Data Reference Architecture (UDRA) for the U.S. Army. The UDRA is being developed to provide solution implementation guidance for interoperable data sharing by all Army acquisition programs. The Army does not foresee establishing a single program to acquire the UDRA implementation.
It is a concept, or reference architecture, that provides the right and left boundaries for our PEOs/PMs to conduct trades within for system solutions.
