Bulletin Desc: To procure an Investment Accounting and Analytics Database solution, delivered as a SaaS solution to provide the MDTA Division of Finance an analytical and compliance database with reporting associated with investment management that can be imported to the general ledger accounting system.

Data Considerations 10.1.1. It is expected that analytics will be conducted using, at minimum, Managed Care Contractor (MCC) encounter data, which is maintained by TennCare.
