Request for Information RFI to locate companies that may provide services to fulfil Statement of Work in the attached description. This RFI is for market research purposes. There is no active requirement at this time. This notice does not constitute an invitation for bids or a request for proposal. The requested databases are essential for pilot situational awareness, navigation, terrain and obstacle avoidance all contributing to safety of flight. The requested databases are for permanently installed aircraft avionics equipment. Garmin International is the only vendor providing navigation databases for Garmin avionics equipment and must be purchased directly from Garmin International.This is not a solicitation for competitive proposal.
