This procurement will provide DAU with course evaluation services. The contractor is responsible for evaluating a variety of DAU training, maintaining records and files on the training evaluations and credit recommendations, publicizing the recommendations, and actively assists colleges/universities, students, and other appropriate agencies/representatives in understanding and using the credit recommendations and evaluations.

To deepen the acquisition workforce's leadership and management skills, DAU utilizes Harvard ManageMentor 11 and Simulations training software subscriptions.

DAU has held an IDIQ (HQ003418D0011) with The Browning Group International Inc. for Emergenetics Profile for the last five years, and is set to expire on 11 April 2023. Through this IDIQ, DAU has incorporate Emergenetics Profile into its leadership training curriculums. DAU will only be using the follow-on IDIQ to purchase course materials listed above.

DAU has held an IDIQ (HQ003418D0007) with Crucial Learning for the last five years that is set to expire on March 19, 2023. Through this IDIQ, DAU has incorporate Crucial Learning courses into its leadership training curriculums. DAU will only be using the follow-on IDIQ to purchase participant kits and trainer suites for the workshops listed above.

These training modules are integrated into DAU online certification courseware, which are required training for the A&S Logistics community.  These modules use interactive case studies, practice exercises and expert feedback to help the workforce develop the necessary skills needed to apply learning on the job and become even higher performing managers and leaders.C.
