Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Locust Grove, Georgia at the City Hall, 3644 Highway 42 Locust Grove, Georgia 30248 until 2:00 PM local time, Tuesday, June 30, 2020, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. No submitted bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. Project includes furnishing all materials, equipment and labor necessary to install approximately 6,000 linear feet of 10-inch PVC gravity sewer and 150 feet of jack-and-bore steel casing, complete with manholes and other appurtenances.
(VI) The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision and expertise necessary, to successfully complete grounds maintenance at the Choctaw Lake Recreation Area (26.25 acres), Davis Lake Recreation Area (17.6 acres) and Owl Creek Indian Mounds (2.5 acres).(VII) Services will be provided for a base period from date of award through to December 31, 2018, plus four one year option periods.
