The NFTA’s participation goals for this procurement are: New York State certified minority owned business enterprises (“MBE”) participation is 18%. New York State certified women owned business enterprises (“WBE”) participation is 8%. New York State certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) is 7%. The time of completion for the project is 600 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $500,000, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions.
