The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lots 2A & 2C, Block 304, consisting of approximately 118,750 square feet (ADA-72611 successive lease to ADA-04252), at Deadhorse Airport for five (5) years, to expire September 15, 2025. Applicant: Pathfinder Properties II, LLC. Authorized uses: aeronautical – operation of hangar/office and helicopter parking, fueling, maintenance.
The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lots 2 & 3, Block 2000, consisting of approximately 442,800 square feet (ADA-72697 successive lease to ADA-04842), at Deadhorse Airport for five (5) years, to expire May 20, 2027. Applicant: RBC Network Services Corporation. Authorized uses: non-aeronautical – operation and maintenance of satellite ground stations; satellite antenna hosting.

Applicant: Cruz Construction, Inc. Authorized uses: non-aviation – storage and repair of oilfield support equipment.
The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lots 3 & 4, Block 70, consisting of approximately 312,230 square feet (ADA-72635 successive lease to ADA-04624), at Deadhorse Airport for five (5) years, to expire July 21, 2026. Applicant: Nabors Alaska Drilling, Inc.
The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-71735 (Item 17), consisting of approximately 206,595 square feet, at Deadhorse Airport for an additional five (5) years, to expire September 15, 2027. Applicant: ASRC Energy Services, LLC. Annual rent: $48,549.83.
