The City intends to use an automated debris management system (ADMS) during the performance of services under this agreement for managing the collection, transport and/or disposal of debris, but in the event ADMS is unavailable, the Emergency Debris Removal Contractor will be responsible for providing the five part Load Ticket.
This RFP is to solicit competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms, businesses, or individuals for the provision of Monitoring Services for Boone County's Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal Emergency Service Contract. Boone County, Missouri intends to enter into agreement(s) with qualified contracting firm(s) to provide services in preparation for natural disasters or other debris-generating events.
