In 2024 USTRANSCOM plans to have a contract in place for Defense Courier Support Services that will provide air transportation via commercial scheduled service routes to augment its global transportation network. Defense Courier Division (DCD) couriers must maintain constant positive control of all material during loading, transport, and unloading.

There are 9 personnel assigned to TCJ3-C that require cubical seating with only 7 seats currently available in the relocation area.
